Can I hire instruments at Moku Custom Guitars?

At our shop, we have multiple instruments available which are hireable only within the Netherlands. This could be for a day or for a longer term. The instruments are only available until they are sold. Contact us for prices and further conditions.

How can I file a complaint?

Complaints may get filed by e-mail or by WhatsApp text message. You can reach us at info@mokucustomguitars.com.

How can I change my password?

If you lost your password then click on “Lost your Password?” Link on the my account page and enter your email address that you entered during the account creation after that y a link to change your password will be emailed to you shorty.

Payment

Can I also purchase my products without TAX (21%)?

Are you a company? You must have a photo of your ID and valid VAT-number. Please note: your tax number must be validated. Excluding VAT buy is only possible for foreign customers who actually bring products across the border.
