About the PC10, according to the advertisement:

Features
If you’ve been exploring stereo choruses and flangers, captivated by their unique tonal qualities but hesitant to commit to purchasing two separate pedals, your search ends here. With the Ibanez PC10, you get both effects for about the price of one. This pedal features two completely independent modulation sections, which you can control using the top-mounted A/B switch or an optional footswitch.

  • In “A” Mode: Pressing the footswitch activates either Effect A or a dry signal.
  • In “B” Mode: Pressing the footswitch activates either Effect B or a dry signal.
  • In A/B Mode: The footswitch toggles between Effect A and Effect B.

Additionally, the PC10 includes a stereo output jack. When used with a 1/4″ stereo plug, it provides both normal and inverted effect outputs, enabling true stereo performance.

Use
Like the TC10, the PC10 is equipped with two modulators (L.F.O.s) for rich chorusing effects. However, the PC10 offers even greater versatility, as one modulator can be adjusted to create flanging effects by reducing delay time and increasing intensity. This combination produces some of the lushest sounds available in signal processing.

To replicate the dual chorus function of the TC10, set the flanger intensity on Modulator B to “0” and the delay time to “2.” For optimal results, experiment with different speeds and widths on Modulators A and B.

Thanks to the footswitch’s toggle feature, you can easily switch between two presets during live performances. This allows you to seamlessly transition between two distinct chorus sounds or alternate between a chorus and a flanger, giving you instant versatility on stage.
